How Rush Lapel Pins Are Made
First, we print your image directly to the metal surface using a the latest high resolution ultraviolet printers so that your inks dry instantly. Upon request, the final print can be given a glossy finish in order to add shine and texture.
After printing, each Rush Lapel Pin is laser-cut from an acrylic material with a metal surface of stainless steel or brass in order to create a final product that looks just like a traditional custom pin. We utilize powerful lasers and advanced print technology in order to make your high-quality, custom pins on time!
Military Grade Attachment
We designed these pins to arrive fast but we also wanted them to be tough so that they can withstand harsh conditions.
A powerful solvent is used to weld the post and clutch onto the back of each custom pin so that your pins don’t fall off! The solvent fuses the two parts together in order to form an indestructible pin.
You can hang heavy weights from the pin backs because they are so solid. You can even strike the pin-backs with a hammer and they will stay put!
