Return Policy

We do not accept returns but we are happy to replace any defective product at no cost to you. We are unable to resell, re-use, or repurpose any custom product that is returned to us because our custom products are intended just for you.

Please understand that custom products are very different than retail products. Returning a custom product is not a practical solution because it serves only to burden the customer. Why not receive a replacement product at no additional cost?

Some of our competitors may claim to offer returns for custom products, but this claim is misleading. They ask that you pay shipping for the return of the custom product to them, which can often weigh enough to cost over $200 in shipping. In addition, they also claim that you can be refunded no more than $200 for a return, leaving you in a situation where you lost money on a return. We would never attempt to trick you in such a deceitful way.

In our terms and conditions, we mention the following:

Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason.

PinsFast.com does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt.

Our cancellation policy is designed to allow the customer a replacement product at no additional cost. It also allows the factory a second chance, because we’ve all made mistakes. This is the best solution for any business selling custom made products.

In some situations, a customer may claim that a replacement product is not sufficient because of an event or purpose which has already come to pass. We are sorry, but ultimately we cannot warrant or guarantee the fitness of our custom products for any particular use or event. It would not be practical for any company to guarantee that a custom made product be exactly perfect for your intended purpose which cannot be entirely known or understood. If you cancel the replacement because you no longer need it then we will issue the funds to your account for a future purchase. In this way, the craftspeople and artists can still be paid for their labor while the cardholder can still be able to apply the funds towards something useful in the future. We believe that this is fair to everyone, don’t you?

Returning a product does not alter or change our cancellation policy. Each customer is required to agree to our cancellation policy located within our terms and conditions via click-wrap agreement, prior to purchase. If a customer does not agree to our terms, they cannot proceed to purchase from our website. We only sell products through our website and we do not accept payment through any other method.
