Please limit one pin design per order.
For instance, if you have 20 different pin designs you will need to order each one separately. Shipping is always free so you don’t have to “bundle” multiple designs in a single order to try to save on shipping.
Sure. When submitting your order, simply upload your image file and explain how you would like us to use it. We accept vector (AI, EPS, PDF) and all common picture formats like JPG, PNG, WEBP, and etc. You may also upload images of concepts or sketches of your idea and then we can convert it into a full-color graphic.
Rush order pins can be manufactured and shipped as fast as 1 business day. They will be delivered by FedEx to arrive on the date you enter at checkout.
Please note that orders placed after 1pm are usually not processed until the next business day. If you need the pins delivered within 1-2 days from purchase, please first contact us to confirm that it’s possible.
Yes! Our pins are metal.
We have one of the lowest minimum quantities in the industry, with only a minimum of 25 per order!
When describing your design, mention any accessories or packaging upgrades that you’d like. You may also add this when requesting a revision to your pin design.

NOT with Rush Orders:
Please note that due to the extra time it takes to manufacture, accessory and packaging upgrades are NOT available for Rush Order pins. Select Standard Delivery speed during checkout to keep the accessory/packaging upgrade parts of your design.
Yes! There is no obligation to purchase pins if you don’t like your pin design.
However, we have some of the pin industry’s most talented artists. Simply describe the design you have in mind or upload a reference image and we’ll provide you a beautiful, professional design within minutes! Unlimited revisions are included.
If you submit a request through the Free Design form then you only pay after you have approved a final proof of your pin design. You will have the opportunity at that point to adjust your order quantity and shipment speed.
